Homemade Fruit Vinegar (自家製フルーツビネガー)

This fruit-infused vinegar syrup is my signature recipe for the summer time. You just need to pour 3 teaspoons of the syrup into a glass of sparkling water. It’s refreshing and boosts up your energy.

******** Recipe for Fruit Vinegar *************

  • 100g fruit (I used strawberries, blueberries and raspberries)
  • 100g sugar
  • 150g vinegar

All you need to do is to mix those ingredients in a big jar and let it sit for a week in a fridge (make sure to stir it at least once a day!). After a week, it is ready. You can add 1-3 tsps of the vinegar to a glass of sparkling water or it would be nice to have it with plain yogurt too!

疲れた時に飲んでいる自家製フルーツビネガーをご紹介します。

材料は、好きなフルーツ、お砂糖、お酢、この3つだけ!これを1:1:1.5の割合で瓶の中でシャカシャカふります。そのあとは1週間冷蔵庫で寝かせるわけですが、必ず1日1日は振ってくださいね。

私はスパークリングウォーターグラス1杯に大さじ1のフルーツビネガーを入れて飲んでいますが、プレーンヨーグルトに入れてもおいしいかもしれませんね。
